All our doctors and staff at B.E.S.T. VETS Animal Hospital are always working to keep you and your pet(s) very happy. This has been the goal since day one. Our mission is to provide you and your pets with service of the highest quality, keeping your companions healthy and giving you peace of mind. We are a family run, full-service Animal Hospital. We pride ourselves in really getting to know our clients, patients, and their needs

We offer all services for cats, dogs, and exotics. Included are annual vaccinations, wellness exams, dental care, outpatient care, soft tissue surgery, all laboratory exams, etc... We benefit because we are located close to several referral hospitals to greatly increase the level of care given in our area. Also, we are currently the only Animal Hospital in Seminole County to offer Laser surgery for our patients. A new painless, bloodless option for our surgical patients. Laser declawing is standard for cats now. Call us if you have any questions!

We believe that it is through communicating with you, the pet owner, that we can both work together to give your pet a happy and healthy home environment. Pets are an important part of all our lives, and we want nothing more than to ensure that your friends remain with you for a long, long time.

You're always welcome at B.E.S.T. VETS Animal Hospital; we hope that you will join us sometime.

Dr. Kelly Wilson

Kelly Wilson, DVM - Dr. Kelly Wilson is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine that started working in the field over 25 years ago. She strives to practice and promote quality medicine within the veterinary medical field. She grew up in a small New England farm town where she worked on several different farms and was always very active in sports, the FFA, 4-H, and attended a vocational agricultural high school. She also started volunteering at a local Animal Hospital when she was very young, where her dreams of becoming a veterinarian and hospital owner sprouted. She later graduated magna cum laude at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science/Pre-Veterinary sciences and was also the UMass Pre-Vet Club President for 2 years.

Dr. Wilson has a true appreciation for all aspects of the Animal Hospital and its support staff, as she has held and performed every position within an Animal Hospital setting. After becoming a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) she decided to go to Veterinary school at St. George’s University, from which she graduated. Her clinical year of Veterinary School was at Auburn University, in Alabama. She has since then worked as a general practitioner, emergency medicine veterinarian, veterinary school candidate evaluator/interviewer, and has taught veterinary medicine to both veterinary and veterinary technology students.

Some of her favorite aspects of veterinary medicine are client education, dentistry, surgery, and rehabilitation. She enjoys working within the community and spending time with her animals, three dogs; Razor, Brody and Oliver; and two cats named Toe-Jangles (TJ) and Doc. She is an avid traveler, loves the outdoors/sports, enjoys laughter, is keen on offering mentorship to aspiring veterinary medical staff, and appreciates being around loved ones, especially her pets.
